- Recent lab results, thyroid ultrasounds, bone density reports or CGM data
- Your glucose meter or CGM app if you have diabetes

During your visit
Dr. Siddiqui reviews your history, symptoms and goals, does an exam and explains what may be going on. You leave with a clear plan for testing and next steps.
After your visit
Many patients need lab work after the first visit. Follow-up visits are used to review results, start or adjust treatment and track progress. Some follow-ups may be done by video.
